A shout out Tom Sr. and Tom Jr. and technician CHRIS R. who helped us with a sewer back up. We've learned that in very established neighborhoods like ours in Glen Ellyn the old tree roots work their way into the sewer line from house to the main sewer. This can cause the sewer to back up. But Chris was able to use 6 inch cutter blades accessing from our external cleanout and trim all the roots. And All Clear will back their rodding work with a 1 year warranty which is reassuring. Thanks again to Tom Sr. for working us into their busy schedule. Much appreciation to Chris R. for being a good guy and tackling our problem in a very efficient and professional manner.
